How to Apply

Welcome to Tri-City Christian Academy (TCA)!

We are delighted that you are joining our family. Our admissions process is designed to ensure that each student is set up for academic success.

New Student

STEP 1 Complete Application

To proceed with the application, please ensure that all the following documents are submitted:

  • 3 Letters of Recommendation:

    • From a Teacher (1st-12th)

    • From a Pastor or Counselor (K-12th)

    • From a Non-Relative Adult (K-12th)

  • Test Scores (Placement testing is available for new students if test scores are not available)

  • Most Recent Report Card

  • IEP (if applicable)

  • ​Birth Certificate

  • Immunization Records (or letter of Exemptions)

  • Medical Exam

  • Financial Plan (Meeting with our Business Manager to discuss financial responsibilities for the upcoming school year)

  • Principal Interview

STEP 2 Application Review

Once your application is complete, it will be submitted to our Admission's Committee for review. If accepted, an offer letter will be sent to you. Please review and complete all necessary fields. Upon which will activate the official Enrollment Application.

STEP 3 Enrollment Application

After receiving the official offer letter of acceptance, you will be sent an enrollment application. This is the last step before your student is placed on our Tri-City Christian Academy roster. The Enrollment Application will require additional information. Please read carefully, review, and SUBMIT.

STEP 4 Welcome to The Family

Once the enrollment process is complete, your child will be added to the official school roster.
